Could not load file or assembly ‘App_Web

The error I had was

Could not load file or assembly ‘App_Web_dos8lyc_, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null’ or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

The quick fix is to delete all the files under

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files

Haven’t tried any official hotfix yet.
